Our ac went out 2 days before the heat wave of the summer. At 8pm! John was our service guy! and was completely great and fast. Never complained and kept us updated on what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. All around great service.
Youngs air conditioning has excellent service, I would recommend their service to anyone. Jeramy and Morgan came and install a new central unit at our church and they are top notch quality workers. Very pleasant to talk to and very helpful in all areas. 100% excellent.

Called them after another business failed to show, I should have called them first! They came out same day, figured out the problem in minutes, had it fixed and my AC ready to go less than 10 minutes later. Didn't cost an arm and a leg either, I'll be calling them for any future problems I have!
20/10 STARS!!!! My mom called this morning for someone to check her unit, it had stopped cooling in the middle of the night. Turns out, her unit had gone out. She asked for a quote for a new one, and had a new unit installed before she got home from Moss Bluff! She was prepared to wait until Friday when she'd be home, but she was told they were taking care of it today, and they sure did!!!! Theank you! Thank you! Thank you! This is definitely the BEST service ever!!!! You all don't know what it means to her or me that she will be able to rest comfortably tonight (she refuses to sleep away from home)!!!! And the price??? I'll just say, the bank did not get broken!!!! THANK YOU!
